Once we receive your device, you'll get a confirmation email letting you know it's safely arrived and is in our repair queue.

Excellent Service
My I-pad 3 screen was repaired very quickly and looks great. I mailed it out to them on a Friday and had it back in my hands fixed, by the following Friday. They have a great system that updates you as soon as they receive your item and updates when it is mailed back. The only complaint I have is that I wanted to switch the screen border from white to black (which I selected when I purchased the replacement screen), but it wasn't that big of a deal. I will be sending in our other I-pad to them to be fixed soon. Thanks for the great service!
