A glass jar slipped out of my hand and fell onto the glass screen of my iPad Air shattering it. I was upset to learn from Apple that it would cost $250 to repair- half what it would cost to buy a new iPad Air 2. I found iMaster Repair online and after learning it would cost less than a third of what Apple charges to replace the screen I decided I had nothing to lose. Very fast and efficient
I was very pleased when I found that I could have my kids' new iPad Air screen replaced for half the cost everyone else was charging locally. It was very simple to mail in my ipad. I soon received an update that it had been received, and soon after that another update that it had been repaired and shipped back. Total time from online purchase to return of repaired ipad was less than a week. It looks and works like new. I also learned my lesson and bought an Otterbox case.
